What's due March 1st?

The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) requires Tier II reporting, annually. Tier II reporting is for facilities that store hazardous and extremely hazardous materials. The report must include their type, quantity, location and more. Typically, this reporting is for industries working with and/or manufacturing chemicals (those who have MSDS sheets).

Do I have to do this?

You need to report hazardous chemicals that were on-site at any one time during the previous calendar year at levels that equal or exceed the thresholds per 40 CFR part 370.

What's the easiest way?

There are three options when it comes to completing and submitting a facility's Tier II information to the appropriate state agency.

Option 1: Your personnel collects required information and electronically submits it to the government agency (most time-consuming).

Option 2: Sierra Piedmont's engineers and geologists visit your facility, collect all required information and submits it on your behalf (least time-consuming).

Option 3: Your facility personnel collects required information, and Sierra Piedmont compiles report and submits it on your behalf, ensuring you record sufficient information (most convenient, added cost-savings).

Complete this form to commence Option 3
or call (770) 792-6200 to discuss your facility's reporting.

HURRY, THE FEDERAL DUE DATE IS MARCH 1, 2021!

Why is Sierra Piedmont my best option?

Sierra Piedmont records sufficient information in Tier II reports; we've been at this for decades.

Simply, if a firefighter shows up to a fire without knowing of hazardous chemicals on-site, lives would be in danger.

Let's prevent that danger.
