States and businesses are opening back up,

but what does that mean for the environmental world?

According to the
EPA's memorandum, COVID-19 "consequences may affect the ability of an operation to meet enforceable limitations on air emissions and water discharges, requirements for the management of hazardous waste, or requirements to ensure and provide safe drinking water."

However, the EPA also instructs "entities make every effort to comply with their environmental compliance obligations." With the rest of us coming back to work, so are the federal regulators.

Sierra's here to ensure that every possible effort is made to get you to compliance and keep you there.

COMPLIANCE

Permit conditions require a range of action to be taken by your facility.

Sierra's services specialize in the most common regulatory areas:

- USTs/ASTs
- spill prevention
- emissions
- hazardous/universal waste
- stormwater and groundwater
PERMITTING

Constructing a new facility?

Modifying an existing one?

Undergoing a change in ownership?

Regardless of how your facility permitting has been impacted by the virus, Sierra has the elements required down to a science.
We advise against your facility taking the chance on the EPD's determination of "whether enforcement response is appropriate" or not.

Sierra Piedmont is open, ready, and best-suited to manage your compliance and risk issues.
