Over the past 25 years, we've reconciled this by concluding that:
“The most effective teams are formed when we get to see and speak to one another. Sure it’s easier to send an email, but what happened to having a good ol’ face to face conversation?”
Today’s world features technological saturation in conjunction with the hyper-busyness of our clients and coworkers. Sierra combats the saturation by making lasting connections every time the opportunity presents itself.
